Even though he looks scared in this picture, Bradley is so excited to go to Vegas for the tournament. I think he looks so cute in his jersey that I had to show him off.
FINALLY! I have been checking your blog regularly for updates! LOL Great pictures - he is adorable. What a nice looking family. He'll probably be two before we see him - I sure hope not!
Bradley, I'm so glad your daddy got a job in Provo because if they had to move away, they would miss you. Seriously, I'm excited for your new job Garrett. The Red Cross is lucky to have you.
O my goodness Brooke you will have so much fun at Disneyland... it really is such a great place! They make your time there as great as possible. They have a mothers lounge where you can breast feed, change diapers, you can buy food or bottles there, they have high chairs in case you want to feed your baby.. they only have one in the park but it is really great! So going on rides... you can go on every ride with him that doesnt have a height restraint on it... so no splash mountain, bumper cars, Matterhorn, space mountain, or thunder mountain railroad. But everything else he can go on! He will be able to go on pirates, small world, haunted mansion, dumbo, and all that fun stuff... there are a couple rides like roger rabbits ride and mr toads wild ride where you have to sit him in the seat next to you... you can hold onto him but he needs to be in the seat... most of the other rides you can hold him on your lap or in your arms. So they have this new thing at disneyland its called the Parent Switch pass... sooo they way it is supposed to work is you go to the fast pass distribution centers and you make sure you have your little guy and another person with you and you ask the worker if you can have a Parent Pass... then the way you are supposed to use it is half of the party (so you and your little man) will stay outside and the other half of the party will go through the regular line while you wait and then when they come out they will take the baby and the parent pass acts as a fast pass for two people... BUT we would just get fast passes for the ride before and then have half of us go thru the fast pass and then when they are done you go through... dont know if that makes sense but its a lot better then all the people with the baby will have to wait is the fast pass line not the whole regular line... But you will have so much fun! So about rolling over, it totally depends on the kid... ever since they have started having babies sleep on their backs babies have been rolling over later... so there are some babies who will roll over at 2 months but now it is more normal for them to roll over at about 4-6 months. Cal didnt roll over till about 4 months but he was sitting all by himself a little bit before 5 months. i think the trick is that they learn what they practice so i had been sitting him up a lot with support and then one day i just tried doing it all by himself and he could do it... i was way surprised because people in my ward were telling me that babies dont sit up till about 7-8 months... so i dont know but he should start doing those things soon! all i really know is that it will be so exciting when it all happens! Hope you have a great time at Disneyland! Are you still in Provo? if so we should get together... i get pretty bored all by myself sometimes! -Ashley Cardon
